Toggling between spreadsheets. Copy-pasting line items. Breaking formulas. When a customer was ready to buy, sending a Shopify checkout link instead of a clean proposal.
Other apps handled pieces — lead capture, PDF quote generation — but none ran the whole workflow. So I built one that does.

Do my customers need a Shopify account to request a quote?
No. The Request a Quote form is public — customers submit their contact details and what they need without creating an account or logging in.
How is this different from Shopify draft orders?
QuoteSense uses Shopify draft orders — it doesn't replace them. The difference is everything around them: a storefront button customers start themselves, a margin-aware builder for your reps, and a branded quote page customers accept before it becomes a draft order. Draft orders on their own are manual, merchant-initiated, and have no customer request flow or margin view.
How do customers accept and pay?
You send a single quote link. The customer reviews the itemized quote and accepts; QuoteSense creates a Shopify draft order and routes them to Shopify checkout, so payment, taxes, and fulfillment stay native to your store.
Can I customize the quote request form?
Yes. You control the fields and layout of the request form so it captures exactly what your team needs to price a quote — not a fixed, one-size-fits-all form.
Can customers attach files to a request?
Yes. Customers can attach files — drawings, spec sheets, photos — to a quote request, so your team has what it needs to price accurately from the start.
Is the quote my customer sees branded to my store?
Yes. Both the request form and the quote your customer reviews carry your store's branding — name, logo, and colors — not ours.
Can I set custom pricing and discounts per quote?
Yes. Reps price each quote line by line, with line-item and order-level discounts (percent or fixed), custom payment terms, and freight — with margin visible in real time.
Will it work with my existing theme?
Yes. QuoteSense works alongside your current Shopify theme — you don't replace or rebuild anything to add the Request a Quote flow.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify. Cancel anytime by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Uninstalling begins deletion of your shop's data as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't retain it beyond the windows documented there.
